May next year bring as much volatility (which we all love) as this one!

I can't help but comment on the recent debate which is going on..regarding fundamentals etc etc... its very hard to grasp what the interbank market is without actually being engaged in it.. its almost impossible to fathom.. without having traded in it.. whereby everyone is shading everyone.. just so that they dont get caught with the bomb when the music stops playing.. its all just a game the banks play, and its called shading.. thats how the market moves.. take take take, give give give. There is no real fundamental representation of value in currencies.. if so, the dollar would have been used to wipe my behind by now.... but its still by far.. the most dominant currency in the world..

Just my understanding and my 2 cents.. or 1..however u see it, i am just trying to help.. and not to instigate.

Looks like wild book closing for the financial year, 2009. quote Fti.

Certainly a wild move up on the EUR/USD from the 1.4360 area to 1.4440 Hope others also caught it. Using small size trades to scale in and out today not only to protect my book but also to keep my hand in for January's battles. Also taking the opportunity of the light trading during this holiday week to reread the thread.
