Will continue to add shorts on any approach and failure toward 147 resistance and I too look forward to the breakout which will be impulsive/explosive. . .

What will we be thinking when UJ is at 88 and GU is at 1.57 area esp. if we get a close once again below 1.6 - hmmmmmm?

88 x 1.57 = GJ = 138/137 area. . . = =

Sl set on 170 and Initial Target is 90...

Does anyone have an interpretation on what the current down channel is all about? From 146.80 starting on Dec. 21 to now at 145.70 ish.

Granted, it is the holiday season; thus, it is tight.

However, it is also orderly and would seem to be either a bull flag or a prelude to a downward kaboom. Perhaps, a pseudo bull flag to suck in longs. The overhead resistance, as we know, is very thick.

Early next week should be interesting.

since 1.63 top geppy is still in distribution and thus we could reasonably expect the move down after consolidation phase is finished, the channel represents that consolidation range JMO

4hr working on putting in it's double bottom, testing and holding 50sma and also holding uptrend support.

Lots of pressure on the horizontal 146.85 line this week, testing it twice. You know what they say about the third time...

your 4hr chart is showing a wedge ( bullish ) and you discounted two hundred pips and drew a horizontal line that does not exist this to me is a perfect example of trading what you want to see not actually what your seeing - we are in a triangle on the daily downwards so just play the breakout next week

I didn't discount 200 pips. I simply drew a horizontal resistance zone that DOES exist. If you deny that there is resistance at the 147.00 area then you are a fool.

But thanks for the input.

before Christmas, i short GPB/JPY @ 146.30
and my target is 143.30 & stop lose 149.10
and if 143.30 was broken then target will be 139 level
any one with me in this swing order ?

well im planning on shorting gu and gj and maybe eu as well sunday/monday.

expecting gj to get up to just above 146 at least from 145.80 before i consider shorting and gu to just above 1.6000 from 1.5950

eu just under 1.4400 looks quite good for a short right from here actually
