holiday slumps?

so i take it the market will be not moving much cause of the holiday. maybe waiting to the new year is the safest bet for trading?

I agree. Have a look at the historical charts and make your own decision. January is usually pretty dynamic because of the break.

I will be waiting for the new year to continue my trading....I thinks its time to book this years profits,or loses :-)

Most traders/investors, myself included, take December off from trading. Some of us use this month off to get out taxes together, others of us continue studying, learning, and testing our strategies with hopes of making more profit next year. As Ronald stated, pratice during these low volatile moments and continue to enhance your trading abililty for next year.

but you gotta admit that this Dec. was a nice one, until now...by only lookin @ EUR and GBP i easily managed to gain 500 pips on the daily
