I don't think they're a broker, just a technology company with a trading platform... Checked out their demo, pretty nice. I actually just started trying to read up on fx options.

Looks like they also develop their own proprietary platform as well..
They do not take down deposits or allow you to trade with them. You can trade with one of their partners (clients of theirs, really) who use their technology.
