What software do you use to build the EAs?
Do you use a stardard blank template from which you grow your EAs? I code the EAs myself and don't use any template or building software. You can use EA Creator or Expert Advisor Builder.
I think I posed my questions to Pip Junky instead of you. In any event thanks for your response. I am Demo trading the indicator on the Cable one Hour and 15 minute.
It is definitely one of the best I have seen. The colour back feature is really useful as it is a clear indication the trend may potentially be changing.
I am currently using the indicator manually so to speak as still find the Robot version a bit too daunting.

The DSS Bressert indicator is a fantastic indicator...
I have been trying to use the DSS Bressert indicator on the EURGBP. I use 5 Min charts all the time.
Is anyone else having a problem that the indicator does not display properly on the 5 minute EURGBP chart?
Its working on 1M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, 1D EURGBP charts just not the 5M EURGBP.
It also works on other pairs on the 5M chart.
The 3 pictures show it working on 15 min EURGBP chart but not 5 min EURGBP chart, working on the 5 min chart but with very long stochastic settings only.
It even works on the 5 min chart with non standard settings, where the stochastic period variable is 50 or above, but will not work on the 5 min chart with standard settings or if stochastic is 49 or below...

Sorry bud. I have no idea why that would be. I have it running on the Eur/Gbp 5 min without any issues. Maybe one of the tech people on the thread can help out.

Now I know it is something to do with my data feed or the platform itself.
I have tried out this EA for 3 days now and i seem to be making losses everyday.I downloaded the original version from the first page and i think i might be missing something.The EA keeps closing early on losses,makes a few good pips but does not close on a profit,closes on small profits .I have no programming skills.Could the thread owners please give me checks to make sure i am on the same page as everyone.Would really appreciate it.Thanks

This depends on the settings you are using, timeframe etc. I think it best to review the posts and manual. There was also another member who had the same issue that was tackled earlier on in the thread. I have not had these issues and been running it on various settings for a month.
Hai guys, I've been testing Uranus for a few days, I'm pretty impressed so far.
Here are to sets I've come up with. One is a "no loss" set, that takes maybe 2-3 trades a month but is super accurate. Works on non trendy pairs on m5. You should get a total of about 100%/year per pair. The idea here is run it on multiple pairs on the same account.
The second is more interesting. It takes trades like crazy and rarely loses, but when it does it wipes your account. If you want serious lols run it on EURUSD from 03/09 to 12/09 on backtest. This set only works on EURUSD, GBPUSD, GBPJPY and USDDKK. The idea with this set is run it on the pairs listed above in SEPARATE accounts. Each pair should double in about 1 month, but statistically speaking one of the will wipe per month. So every month you cash out and redeposit some of the profit in the wiped pair.
Play around with theese and see if you can improve them.
