How do I make the color of a MA variable?

Is it possible to change the color of a buffer with SetIndexStyle after the the buffer has been initialized? Either it's not allowed or I'm going about it the wrong way.

And if it isn't allowed, how do I make the color of a MA variable?

Using two different buffers seems to be a problem because they both must equal something, but if they both equal the MA value, the color will simply reflect the color of the last declared buffer.

are you looking to make it change colors based on certain conditions or are you trying to make it something that is user selectable??

I want to make it change on certain conditions.

There are many examples to be found of colour changing MA's.

I have attached two but there are plenty others, perhaps you can work out how to do it from these.
