1.the the slow trx (heavier line) has just crossed zero
2.the fast and slow trx lines both point in the same direction as the thicker line crosses zer o and are lined up.
2. both robby's in the same direction as the trx's
3. Ashi, ashi smoothed and the cutter are lined up...
result, excellent entry...

the cat with the ball of yarn almost came to visit today...
Anyway back on tgt, no real damage done... except to the demo linked to zulu,
oh well have started another one of those and it is doing fairly nicely...
this signal wasn't quite right but close enough so it got me by for 7 pip scalp.
what isn't quite right about it is the lining up of ashi, ashi smoothed and the cutter...
the indis in the windows are all good to go..
I am trying to catch a move in the direction of some momentum on the 1m.
I wish I could trade London open. Someday....
as far as divergences go, I think if there is a divergence that is really standing out I can take it into consideration, but to use divergence as the primary signal for entry, uh uh..
Slow robby is the way to go...

that is good entry and also good exit
something like a "stop and reverse system"...
the 5m is needed along with the 1m.
when fat robby is green on the 5m only take long entries on 1m
when fat robby is red on 5m only take short entries on 1m.

ashi smoothed et all confirming.
consideration for 200 ema, pivots...

exit cross of 0 in opposite direction from trade
of thin trx...

or before considering 200 ema and pivots...

Hello my new friend. I wanted to ask from your setups,
are you saying entering on the first cross after the heavy line
crosses 0? For example, the heavy slow trix crosses 0, then
there is an up cross of the trix, you would enter then, that
first cross after the slow line crossed 0, correct?

It seems you mean just when it crosses if the rest lines
up, that for sure can work too.. I am going to test the
second option, first cross right after it crosses 0
in the same direction, obviously ...
and otherwise only any other crosses right at the 0 line.

BTW.. I have just used the trix system before and would have
a recommendation or two, but I would keep your robby's
as part of your setup. My 2 cents

This trix is blowing my mind away. There is so much going on with it especially over the different time frames. It is a real treasure.
Yes I agree, the the fast and slow robby's are definitely an asset.
In the input menu for trix there are all sorts of options for alerts, and signals... This trix is capable of identifying trends and changes of trends very exactly. Much more info than a macd which was my favorite for a long time.
Fisher's repainting makes it difficult to use. In hindsight it looks like a terrific indi but when trying to use it in real time it wouldget me into a trade and then change against me 2 or 3 bars later leaving me going in the wrong direction... I can do that all by myself I don't need an indicator to help me do that!!!!
By practicing with trix I am seeing that a change of color of the fast trix (thin line) is a good early entry point but only if the the 2 robby's support the direction. The next thing that happens if indeed it was a valid entry is the the thin line crosses the thick line. Then they both cross the 0. So each of those occurrences can be good entry points.
For exiting, when the thin line changes color again against the trend. But that can be too early, depends, how close to pivots or 200 ema. Am still working on understanding how to use the indi.
It is a true treasure. Someone has done a lot of work developing it as can be seen from the mt4 coding....

It is interesting to watch the stages of a trend shift roll on up to the next time frame on the trix. First on the 1 min the thin line changes color, then as it crosses the thick line, the 5m show the thin line starting to change color, when the thin line crosses the thick line on the 5 min then the thin line is starting to change color on the 15mm. Nice confirmation of a continuation and to stay in the trade....
Note: I have noticed some slight repainting for the thin line, just something to be aware of, not major but better to wait for a bar or 2.
Another aspect of trix is the divergence identifications... this thing is loaded...
