DislikedYes, a valuable read for sure, plus it isn't copyrighted like Master the Markets.
I know I'm going to tick some people off here, but I have to say this. The free copies of MTM that people post all over this forum are COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS! Below is right out of the book:
"Without prior written approval from TradeGuider Systems Ltd, no part of this document may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying or recording or stored in any retrieval system of whatever nature."...Ignored
DislikedThe entire MTM book has been offered for FREE on at least three sites, two of which are: Tradeguider.com and MakarketManipulation.com. These are TradeGuider sites. Which means they can't violate their own copyright.
Once the link is out there, it's out there. It is in no way a violation to re-post the link on a forum. It becomes the responsibility of the original poster (link created) to take down the link. But once the link is offered the genie is out of the bottle.
BTW, it has also been offered in two ways: download only (non-printable)...Ignored
Dislikedhttp://www.marketmanipulation.com/mtm.asp
.....The problem here is that if they are selling it for $9.95, and someone instead is giving it for free on a forum, then essentially we are taking $9.95 out of the author's hands everytime someone downloads it for free instead of buying it....Ignored
DislikedTradeguider website has been changed....One could access their resourcess: videos and books in exchange for e-mail adress....I downloaded last year e-book of Master the market for free from tradeguider.com. Gavin was aloso encouraging people to download it for free for period of time....Ignored
DislikedSaw distribution in gj from yesterday midish ny session. Asia today that continued. Took a couple of short. And was short when this news release came out. What a day.
BUT not posting this to brag. I reread this pdf yesterday, its already made me a bunch.
So guys read this pdf its basic and a trader who has been using it forever wrote it really to his friends. Not like MTM which is more for promotion i think. It takes about 2 hours to read.
Anyway here it is, hope it helps.Ignored
DislikedThanks for the info on VSA. It's something I plan on using more.Ignored

DislikedHello there,
i read that PDF but on page 19 about Test of supply i guess there is some missconception on that picutre
First bar he wrote "Absorbtion volume" its bad.Absorbtion volume is up bar pussing thru old top on VSA.
Next bar about he wrote "Test bar". Again bad.
Its too much wide to be test. Its Shakout not a test bar.
i think this whole picutre in that pdf should be corrected.
just my opinion.Ignored
DislikedHG, Malcom or other VSA experts:
Trying to find if/when there were any VSA entries on this E/$ M5 chart.
In the attached image, I've circled two areas that I was watching after the news release.
I'm wondering if VSA signaled any entry at those points. I'd appreciate if there was or if there wasn't.
Also, whenever we are looking for a low-volume test, are we looking for the "yellow" volume bar
or
is it just a relative low volume compared to, say, the last 4-5 bars?
Many times I find myself looking for that low volume test and waiting...Ignored
Dislikedyeah well, i like this book. coz he wrote it in his style, vsa is diferent for most people.
Absorbtion volume and stoping volume is really the same thing. Then by rapidly marking price down to see if sellers comes in. the bar closes on top with low volume, meaning no sellers at that level or time. it basicaly is a test just the spread is a bit big.Ignored
DislikedI have to start out by saying that the VSA signs have not been as crisp and clear lately. I hope this is not an indication that the good Dr. is right.
.....

Dislikedfunny- or sad, but i have thought about the thing i said months ago and kept repeating a few weeks ago, just today when i saw a screenshot of a -sorry to say that- total muppet which just had a volume indicator called something like vsa teacher.
you can assume, even tough most of the guys will fail at reading the market and not be able to trade the edge we have with vsa, that we will have to face bad signals or wrong data..or, just bigger shakeouts and so on.
nevertheless, if you get a good grasp of the market architecture, this will not keep...Ignored
