Yes, I know I have always been a fan of Stoch. Besides, Stoch is especially good for ranging markets, so if we have Trix from the MA family that works in trending markets + Stoch then we should have solid proof.

first thx to Syahmi for sharing mtf trix 15tf system it seems to be beautiful but...
i took an overview of the pdf file but i didn't find any chart included for the system and it is talked about the indicators not the system itself and the rules
and your system has much more mtf indicators need to be understood
plz post your rules of the system and what trades should be taken and whats not!

and i will be really appreciate for hellping

The initial system is described in post 1. There are no mandatory indicators besides MTF Trix, all additions are any trader's personal choice. So, just attach MTF Trix to your chart and start demo trading. Everything else comes to you through your personal trading experience.

My idea with the thread is that we discuss the possibilities to avoid false entries and other details in parallel with trading. So - at first trade and then discuss not vice versa

i am actually agree with you in every word except one thing that she shared her system and experience for trading and we all have to learn first before start using it (anyone cant use a system without knowing how it does)
the system or strategy is for making it clear for taking decisions
and we all hate to convince that 95% of traders are lossers .
so learn more earn more

and dont be upset if you do not like my view and thx for opening this thread

I did not mean to criticize you anyhow. Just suggested to start trading the setup as soon as possible. This system is a winner if you figure out how to deal with it. And I guess that the approach may be slightly different for every single trader.
Every theoretical aspect of the system has been already discussed and explained in this thread. If you want an extremely complicated explanation then you can read through the manual
By the way, the setup came from Gleneagles who is not "she" I started to trade MTF Trix live before Glen came in but my approach was very unstable and I felt very unsafe with it. So, I would say that Glen is the author.

I download the smSuper TRIX_PV_4col.ex4 from http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost.php?p=3142579

But this indicator not working in my MT4.

I don't know what it is about but he is showing nothing.

I need this indicator.

That is true, the main issue is removing indicators not adding them And then - trading, trading, trading...

Glen has introduced BB Stop in your thread as a tool for exits. I had a look at it and would like to draw anyone's attention to a very similar tool that I like even better - it is Volty Channel Stop. To my mind it also helps to filter entries if needed.

I attach a chart where the red and blue dots belong to Volty and the other one is BB Stop with its default settings (20).

Indrik, I don't mean to pry, but I know you have been consistently trading Glen's method for months now... I know that you post a LOT of winners on your thread. If its not too personal a question (and its PERFECTLY ok if it is), would you mind letting folks know what your average weekly return is (in pips), for those times that you simply followed the rules laid down by Glen?

I understand that you have commitments other than trading, and that time does not always allow you to trade as you may like, but I thought it might be very illustrative to others to see how many honest pips a person may gain, by simply following Glen's rules.

Do you trade both sessions?

I am asking this as much for the benefit of your readers as mine... They are probably the same people anyway. I just feel that a report from someone who has simply applied Glen's suggestions with some commonsense for a few months may be in a very good position to give a first hand testiment to the virtues of simply following the rules as they have been laid out.

Again, if you do not want to reveal this weekly pip amount, I will totally understand, just that I admire you as someone who has consistently been able to apply Glen's methods from day one, and more importantly, post those results. I know quite a few people were surprised at Glen's statement on the Eaglet thread the other day... Perhaps another report from a successful trader such as yourself can help cement the concept in our reader's minds that MTF Trix is a complete system, in an of itself?
