What was your average monthly Profit/Loss during the last 3 months?

Hey guys, It has been a very long time since I been to the FF forum, as I was dragged away from Forex by a huge wave of losses that forced me to rearrange my priorities in life, I have a question that I'd hope what provide an honest insight.

How much did you gain/lose during the last three months (monthly average)??

Let me put it as a percentage of account balance;
August: +28%
September: +9%
October: +47%

Maybe nice to mention also if it is demo or live.

I think it'd be much better if it was for live trading only...

Because, demo trading doesn't include the emotional turmoils engulfing the live trader, these feelings contribute largely to the success or failure of a trader (even if his system is one of the best)...

A 21% return for me over the past three months trading long-term strategies. At least half of that can be attributed to the James16 Price Action thread here since I've developed some pretty robust systems off that material.

I'm just waiting for someone to put a vote in for 100%+. That guy/girl better have a system with almost no draw-down or else that account will implode in spectacular fashion one of these weeks.

I suppose if someone was completely incapable of human emotion and could deal with the incredible equity swings though...
