Does MT4 EA performance suffer on slower computers?

I'm running a single EA on 6 currencies on my live account right now and it doesn't seem to be operating properly. It's only supposed to allow one entry per candle. On several of the currencies it has an open order entry even
though it has completed a trade for that candle. I never noticed this problem previously when only running the EA on eur/usd and cable.

I'm using an Asus 1008 netbook with 2gb ram and 1.6ghz atom processor. Perhaps running the EA on 6 currencies at once doesn't allow mt4 to properly execute on each currency? Has anyone had any similar experiences?

The speed will depend on how the EA is programed.
MT5 will be a lot faster.
