now obv falling........

closed 15 pips short using your wonderful method for a nice positive pippage day of almost 30 pips including several stupid mistakes.

Using an EA to manage my trade once I enter one. It is set to lock in 5 pips once 8 pips in profit and then trail price by 5 pips. Using 13 pip stoploss.

This has helped me work with my biggest downfall...watching my profits evaporate.

I'm expecting a retrace,OBV is showing up sign which means ,we might see a reversal around the pivot 1.4741,
always be careful when OBV doesn't follow the PA

Hello everyone

I've been trading for some time now, mostly 30M-1H charts.
Now I'm looking for a scalping method. So I installed this one, looking good.

I only have a problem to set the Trix and TrendCCI / Entry CCI.

Does anyone have a full template or the .mq4-files?

here's how to set the EA(it goes in experts folder, not indicator folder): http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...58&postcount=3. I don't think Scott minds sharing and you might want to add his method to your arsenal. I sure like it. Have used this EA several days trading day chart and decided today to try it scalping so please help me optomize settings.

The scalp settings I used today were:
true=to turn on sl feature
13=sl initially
true=to turn on tp feature
100=tp(leave plenty of room for a runner; I got 20 pips off one today)
8=pips profit that has to be reached before sl moved for first time
5=sl moved after BreakEven reached (in this example it is 8 pips)
5=pip trailing stop begins after BreakEven reached
true-trun on trailing sl

This EA automatically adjusts to 4 or 5 digit brokers so just put in the number of pips.

Trade it at your own risk.

Trendman do you wait for the 10 ema to cross both 30 ema's on the 1 min before you get in ?
Is that the only time you look for oportunity ?

how is everyone doing, just grabbed 5 pips and went out ,not feeling confident about the rise ,although OBV is rising,something is not right,the PA is very slow

i should noe where u got the 5 pips.

right after that, there is a pull back, tot it will go up and i lost 5pips.

What I cant understand is that bias or trend is up but instead of the PA rising at a steady pace it shoots up unexpectantly then lines out. I got the 5 pips but it took a long time, is that normal behavior for PA ?

Also how can you tell between a pull back at the 30 or direction change, sometimes I get in thinking its a pull back then it starts to tank on me.
