The Gbp goes bearish overall an average of 100 pips just a few minutes after the report.

Sometimes fundamentals reports, government decisions, news on economical conditions, central banks, traders sentiment based on the above, etc.
There are many other unknown forces that move the market. Sometimes these forces are known only by the source moving the market. Sometimes this force is known by the source and a limited few. Sometimes the force is known by many traders. Sometimes the force is known by one terminal. Sometimes the force is known by nobody.

Although the PPI is worse than expected it is an increase to the previous quarter.

I've seen the AUD acting bearish recently:

I try to figure out the bullishness of the JPY.
It might be due to a tomorrow deflation report expectation.
