we need a low below yesterday and we should see 144 but if we go above yesterday high 152-153 could be out target today...we need to nreak that RH on daily.

Thanks Malcolm, good looking out, but I already captured my 30 pips, and got out, once U/J and G/U stop going in the same direction (south), I closed the position with a profit. Once u/j & g/u both head back up at the same time, will consider a long.

Does anyone know how to change the time zone in MT4? Mine shows GMT. I want to change it to EST.

I'm not sure you can, each MT4 is designated to the timezone of the broker.
