I only got 100 in asia , and then long off 147.35 as was expecting a possible wave end there and saw all the volume coming in at 147 , so bought as she came up thru that level . I noted this on posts

Hi

I have just started reading the thread. Downloaded the indicators and trying to understand the system.

Here is what I understand thus far, would appreciate if someone could confirm whether it is correct or not:

1- MA 5 below Gann HiLo activator V2 suggests: Bearish

2- Once price drops below the 5 MA with the above being true it is time to make a Short entry.

3- QQE(Whats the full form of this one I do not know)- The dotted line above the solid line signifies: Bearish

4- MoM(again need to know the full form) - below 0 indicates??

Well thats what I have been able to understand thus far. Need to get a cup of coffee and read the thread through.

In the mean time if someone can help this n00b by posting the entire system in a single post or point me to the right page would be highly appreciated.

all in the indexes .. ES just getting bought on every dip by GS robots ....

once the indexes retrace then 140 test it will be ... in a hurry to likely , but until ES has tested 1200 I think we will remain above 145 , maybe staying in some form of range , 147 to 149 as some companies report good earnings and some bad

ripped 200 pip to test 149 zone .. hit 149 , saw some selling BUT GJ has only moved down 30 pip in 2 hrs ... does not seem like sellers.

shorts for now are dangerous IMHO with the current price action

when we look at 30 min does look like sellers 149 , but reaction to that selling has been very muted , with almost low volume testing going on ...

I would not be surprised to see price move higher in asia to 150 test

Down is more likely as US Treasury bond is bullish, thus bearish for yen pairs.

hmmm good point. doesnt seem like they are taking many profits off which might indicate higher to come first. if it gets back under 148.50 though maybe lower not higher.

uj weak , but could be basing for move to 91. 80

gu hit 1.6400 and found a few sellers want to see what 1.6370 test brings ( now support)

i think for now unless 148.40 breaks (strong resistance thru asia yesterday) I will be looking for buy dips

must be thru Uj somehow ..here is what I see on UJ. Will the move to 92 be enough to take GJ to 155 ? maybe not ...152 zone for sure though , hoever 149.50 to 151 is going to be a tough nut to crack and if pros really want higher prices to 1255 they will have to mark price up rapidly through the resistance level to lock in traders that would otherwise sell .

everybody on this forum seems to think that gj will continue to go to 151 - 155
malc bro, i see you try tro find the way that will push the gj to those levels
but could not go that way cause the cable have some strong resistance to past
i have a few reasons on my charts to think that there will be a reversal ( how knows... could be a big one.. )

1) we have triple top on gj:

149.30 - october,16
149.10 - october,18
148.90 - october,19

triple top indicates the existence of a uptrend,
which is currently in the process of transforming into an downtrend,
the prolonged uptrend having run out of steam
and traders interest having begun to decline


2) the last strong support 149.20 transformed into a very strong resistance

3) 148.6 represents the 38.2% fib for the fall from 163.14 to 139.70

3.2) the cable have another strong resistance at 38.2% fib for the fall from 2.1140 to 1.35
which means at 1.6420 should start a new big fall of the cable

4) on H4 tf the RSI 14 is oversold and on H1 is in a downtrend

so.. if it will close on daily under the ema55 ( now at 147.85 on daily ), we have the confirmation for reversal on gj to 146

we can see from ichimoku cloud that if will break 146 ( senkou span B ), the downtrend will be strong confirmed and firmly will reach 139.70 strong support

If we don't close above daily resistance which is located at the 55 ema res zone then more than likely we will see a sell-off in asia before we re-attack this res with greater momentum... I think it has to come thru news of some sort to gather momentum. . .

also the best I see even with gu at its extreme res @ 1.65 and uj at its extreme res @ 93
the best I can see is 1.65 x 93 = 153.50 area. . . which is ar'd daily 100 sma resistance I've been discussing. . .

Could the double headed shampoo be a possibility in the making after this correctional leg up is complete? I ask that few post back and got no response. . .

Also check what else is sitting at the daily 100 sma as well - our old friend 61.8 fibo in confluence with daily 100 sma so this will definitely be a tough area to crack if and when we get there. . .

Right now I see a pull back in the making 1-2-3 or a-b-c buy so maybe next couple of days we will see the daily 5 sma tested before heading higher. . . been my story but just watching to see how it plays out. . .

not sure where you have drawn that fib but i put the 38.2 at 148.63

true i started to doubt how GJ can get to 155 ... I see maybe 151.50 / 152.50

I almost think we will see ranging conditions this week.

UJ has become completely disconnected once more from indexes ( it was coupled last week)

for me I gave up on swing trade to 152.50 this morning and closed my long for 190 pip ... I will stick to day trading

price is now back into the values area of Friday , there seems to be no buying interest above 149.20 zone for now anyway

we have Apple , Texas instruments and one other after market earnings today .
