here is 15 min on that candle on 4 hr , also not even though there was a missive pin bar the price did not go under the low of the pin bar. This is why when you see something like that on a 4 hr always drill down to a 15 min

This is very helpful.

In fact it is what I was just trying to articulate in a new post of why I took dragon long last night. Late, but not too late.

@ 143.550 still holding.

(At one point I said I would never trade dragon again. I did not want to let it break me though) always learning.

I mentioned there were some sellers this morning at 142,50 , but ALL we did was drop 80 pip ... that is not selling , just pros stopped pushing her up

just cause something turns up it does not mean trade it ,

there were sellers but they were countered with buyers .. more likely profit taking than true selling

whycoff is all about reaction to action

yeh can see it on that. volume seems ot drop off from that point while its moving up, wouldnt that be sign of lack of interest, maybe going to come back down? (obviously it didnt though)

its the sheer determination not to have to spent the next x years in a normal day job that keeps em going.

what irritates me is the fact i have people in various places making lots of money from it, who i consider to be not particularly intelligent. If you want 50 pips a day you have to have patience , stalk the market like prey , then when you find the best set up that you 'feel'.. and yes traidng is alot about feel ....is meeting your requirements take it , keep stops in and do not move them and above all manage the risk , most of my trades ar no more than 1% risk

esignal does not give daily volume. I use 12 hr chart and interpret it

the volume you are showing there is wrong for sure

Hey guys, went long last night at about 145.377 just above my R2 pivot and exit after pulled back around 146.73. I'm looking to re-enter and continue going long, target will be around 152.310 (23.6 fib level). Do you think this is wise? or should i wait for the next trade?

I am looking for 148 test / 148.5

here we have test 38 % retrace of last up move tested on double bottom with volume ( realtive for time of day) showing buying

THIS is why no going aginast trend ... the buyers are snorting something anbd there is not profit taking

but you closed a bit early? i wanted test og 146.30 but saw 4h tried to move down a bit and failed miserably so went long 147.56. now deciding what to do with it. i cant see much resistance between here and 150. and it just broke 148.50 they are indeed on drugs
