I'm seeing 143.225 as the neighbourhood resistance. Given the spike up to hit it - which is typical of GY - I'm hoping it's the end of the run for this trading session, and have taken some shorts. Need to be cautious though as volume was VERY high over those M5 intervals - on first take I'd think it's buying, but can't be sure, and given the huge ride up, can't really rationalize it. It touched ~142.45 <30 min ago, and I'm fairly certain it will visit it again either as a test or on the retrace down - and that's already 100 pips. Rally, rally weird PA - this all has the potential of an account blower if you're not careful.

Thanks Jim for the clairfication... I am wondering if it will be safer to get in after the BOJ Press conference... but things could come down between then and now... decisions, decisions...

no it is the upper 70 % ile of volume ....

above this the pros think that gu is still value to buy and push higher.

the poc and yesterdays vwap 1.5730 , there was classic stopping vol on a 3 min chart at this price level for the long

looking for re test 142.50 / 142/40 before tokyo then long again into 143 / 143/50 if i see a reason to go long

intel reported very strong earnings apparently. so stocks probably go flying up again on these fumes, taking GU and GJ in the wrong direction again

im getting more and more convinced these idiots are creating the very thing they feared in a double dip recession by shoving these things up way past where they should be. if it happens im going to laugh my head off.

Exactly. Not sure why everyone's so preoccupied with kaboom when there are pips to be made trading these moves. Only valid reason to short right now is for a scalp off resistance. Other than that, as Rgitt always says, TRADE THE CHARTS.
Euro is strong, Aussie is strong. What do you think will happen to GY if Dollar strengthens?

Gold is starting to look like a smokescreen that needs to be traded without other distractions.

well im stuck short GU at 1.5740 and 1.5827. so im going to go long on GJ as a hedge for now i think, if it gets past 143

i mention before, 144-146-148 is a possible price to see again if some dont know here is weekly chart which i expect to play out soon or later before further drop..
perfect 1-2-3H complet and broke down which mean price should test the breakout bar before downtrend can continue...i will not be surprise if price hit 146 again...trade chart not news, i dont have time to read funnymental.

when we break this 143 then i will be waiting who will say gj is going to drop..
