I've a nice article about a trader/fund manager....in fact the DOW is excactly following the same pattern than the one during the 1929 crisis.
In March, he predicted the impressive rally to 9840 (high is at 9845) in september.
From this point , the DOW should drop to 8326 until end of november.

Let's see what happens!!

well if you still intend to trade GJ try to use max 5% from your margin. I normally use 2.5 - 5% depending on my confidence level from the setup. just imagine, if you use 5% and have 1000 pip drawdown, you only float 50% of your account (but nobody float 1000 pip i think..) and whenever you enter the market, always think of minimizing the risk instead of try to get rich from a single trade.. and if you always remember that, I don't think you will overleverage next time. Alright masta, i do try only 40 pips, on 2 lot, exactly my 5% margin. Need to adjust my trading style a little now, have to let all my sell position for swing trade right now. Will put trailing stop when i'm not in the losing position. Lastly...to get used to SL getting hit..i always expand it believing too much in my own analysis, + having exam and didn't monitor for a day lol, almost blow my acct up...

Guess i shouldn't expect more than 2% from a trade now.

Everything is ready for a drop. London has been selling Cable everyday during the last 21 days...without fail. Selling into rises, into drops...everything.

Couple of UK Hedge Funds I know of have liquidated all Sterling positions and are sitting on their hands. 100% US Stocks and currency have also been sold.

The recent rise on Cable is nothing short of a last ditch attempt to prop up the currency. When King said "the BOE will not intervene", what he meant was "We are in the Shit and need to prop up sterling, sterling's collapse would be spectacular"....

Add to that....rumour that UK may lose a seat on the IMF and may also lose it's AAA rating.

Hearing reports of many UK ex-pats rushing to off load all Sterling holdings into EUR.

Oh, and we don't have any Gold...., not to mention intrest rates will have to go to 0%.

Now, I am not a Fundie, but when I see the charts showing a collapse across the board...when I see this and the media and genral public think we are out of the woods, when I see manipulated news releases with "aren't we doing well!" figures; well, I sell, sell, sell.

S+P, DJIA, FTSE all ready to drop, hence the reason for the last few weeks of spectacular gains....when the public and retail investors keep buying near the top as they have been, I sell everything.

Of course, I could be wrong, but I am holding for 135 and lower on GBP/JPY and 150 and lower on Cable.
