IMO, GJ may fall so hard like blink of an eye. I remember overnight 2000 pip drop that made me a fortune with very low risk position. My weekly chart is so bearish and shows just a begining of a drop.

Let's ride it to new low

September month is almost over.

If the price action continues strong bearish momentum this week, than I have 135.00 around Sept. 30 to Oct 2 to reach the 135.00 support zone on the daily GJ chart 61.8% fib level.

Overall the Trendline is bearish.

I believe the 118.00 level will be tested again to confirm the bottom before any reversal.

Let see where this price action will go in the future

Based on my weekly GJ chart, price action rejected twice to break the 163.00 zone at 50ema and failed..

Retracement is OVER for GJ, now it is hammer time to freefall to test the 118.00 level and hit the 100 level by 2010

It is the ultimate price action I would like to see for GJ this year..

VIX been low this year compared to last few years.

IMHO

This week in GBP/JPY:

2 last min friday took it from 142,70 to 143,00 area and after trade closed in 143,157(bid).

Trading plan - open and to wednesday (asian session/start london session):
going to 145,55 area and drop (see trendlines in chart), hope we will open lower than the close . If you follow these trendlines I will update with a monthly chart were it looks like in october we will test 147,50 area (should be a slow month)

Hey PandoraBox,

I hope you don't think I am illustrating GJ will freefall straight down with no minor retracement..I got caught up in the moment with the GJ price action.I projected the area where GJ may hit before a major retracement..If the rumors of GU is true and it free falls hard than yes GJ falls toward the lows again ..It have been a while since GJ move 1000's pips in a short time..

genius prediction that is. we are at 1.5900 so thats 500 pips away. last week it fell 500 pips in ONE DAY, and they think it might get to 1.54 by end of the year?!?! the things some of these people come out with to try and make themselves look clever always amazes me
