Alright i got it malc thanks. Guess i need to get this VSA right first lol. EW will have to wait for a while i'm still very bad at counting...but i won't stick to it much just so that i know. I love divergence more .

153.50
155

those are the zones to watch and price reaciont to each of these zones.

Malcolmb, all I can say that you are the master here in FF, I went long @ 149.70, 80, 90 multilots and closed them all at 150.26, I'm done for today although we didn't start it yet

uj will test 9150-9180 previous strong support area
so gj is also limited to 151 or max 152

then we will see if VSA tells us the truth
malcolm could u post uj chart with volume ?

someone mentioned about a news leak on the jpy news.

news is often known by the pros... those in the know ... WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY before us poor retail traders know what is going on

look for odd movements in your charts , including volume. i often take trades before news if i see something odd going on or tell tale signs of pros activity

hence I think that what ever goes down today is bearish for JPY long run...not the rate but the comments that goes with it maybe

Yep news are often traps and do not anticipate a thing, technical analysis does.

I think GU is up too, buying soon for me, agree?

gu is a tough one ... damn thing been smacking its head against 1,6520 all day....

there is the shake out we saw during us session that has yet still to play out... breakout above 1.6520 she is going to rip , but may not be till London session till it happens

keeping an open mind is what it is all about .. a few weeks back i was looking to much at news .... and it was screwing me up. I was ignoring what was right in front of me on the charts. Do not think why should gj go to 153.50... just watch the charts and if they say that is where it is off to then it makes sense. trying to keep an unbiased mind is one of the hardest things in this game and being able to turn on a dime as trend changes. I have even come to the realization if there is something i just do not like on the charts just close the trade if in profit or loss and start fresh when the next set up presents itself.

Thus the trap is set. Price is manipulated so everyone thinks to go long, the candles show it, price reacts to certain levels...but it is a trap, a good one though, I must admit. This whole double bottom bounce senario is a Bull trap this time round.

Like I said, good luck everyone who is long (about 95%) of this thread...the other 5% of us who are Short will say hello again at 143/145 area.

You'll become a big player sooner than me, I'm sure lol, I have a good memory and money doesn't change it
GJ just having a bullish divergence on daily, I think GU will follow soon bro, they got oversold together when you started to buy the GJ dip and the GU was ready too..while I've just closed my eyes and keeping the stupid bias ignoring the rule buy the dips...clean and fresh now to follow the trend.

maybe and maybe not ...

the buying off 149 has been aload more than selling off 150.50.

maybe this 1 hour will show clearer look 149 and all the volume down there... and then look up move to 150.50 and then the declining vol as price retraced ..

now look at the low vol test of the 50 % fib level and the expanding volume since then

is this really a trap ? seems most are still bears...

i am as much a bear as you are ... trust me. In fact worse .I am looking at 135 and lower lol...but fact it is they will always try to sell at discount .. so 151.5 to 152.5 is achievable , even 155 and we will still be in a down trend

breakout of demark line 150.20 takes us to 151.77 and then higher limit 152.50

1h bullish, 4h bullish divergence, daily bullish divergence, eur usd supports up, eur jpy supporting too, it can't get better than this.
