Guys, absolute value for property have no bearing on home affordability. What you'll also need to know is the average income of the population to gauge how affordable/stupid, property prices really are.

GJ might go to 4hr 50 EMA @ 150.44 or 50% fib of last down move @ 150.59
GU has strong resistance 4hr 50 EMA @ 1.6510

Edit: 150.44 and 150.59 from 151.44 and 151.59

nikkei on support .... bull div 4 hr rsx ... think up a bit today , may take gj up.

I have seen this kind of down drift many times before tokyo ... 95% of the time it is designed as mark down .

how convenient is a break of 150 before tokyo open ? here bear .. let me entice you into my lovely trap....

There are still no change in the acceleration in GJ, GU, EJ & UJ. Momentum currently to the downside except for UJ & EJ but it's nearly 0 which only takes little bit move to turn into -ve. All of the analysis are based on 4h. On the other hand, all signs stated above in 1h are pointing to the down side.. Back to GJ, 4h chart.. price is within a nice down channel with lower highs, lower lows..

Look at the last 10 M5 candles, I see buyers in those candles.

what if they find that GJ is supposedly overvalue.. instead giving the chance to short to others, why not they have it for themselves first?..
