This "Great" system has been plastered all over the internet, it's the exact same one as Ace's.

Its not the same. Not gonna defend him, but I have followed his stuff for a while now. My instinct is that the two systems are not related. Hes always had profit taking at tp1 and then let the rest ride to tp3. Its also a different candle and buffer. Breakout systems are not new.

If I understand correctly, instead of a "stop & reverse" approach, you have an "average down" approach. In other words, if the 1st trade was long, and was stopped out, then the 2nd trade will also be long... Although you would enter your 2nd trade (in the same direction as the 1st trade) about 25 pips below the stopped price.

I'm not saying that it's stolen or anything, I'm just saying it's the exact same system, with one of the variations discussed in this thread for exit.

He is a member of forex factory. I remember him posting way back in the thread.

See I don't have problems with bloggers as long as they give credit where credit is due. I don't see any credit on his actual blog or on fxnoobs. I doubt he forgot the name of the system...just changed it

It's quite obvious that he was recruited to fxnoobs because of this strategy.

What do you guys think, should I just make a website for this strategy? or a blog or something?

P.S I don't remember this guy asking for permission. Just simply stated that he's starting a blog. At least take responsibility in giving credit.

To be honest ace, I wouldn't create a blog, let others creat their blogs using half assed information. We all know the one's getting the real picture are people going through this very thread. There is more combined knowledge flowing through this thread than the combined knowledge of the amount of people reading others "copy and paste" blogs.

Let them have their "moment in the light" but when the basic, not improved version of the system bites them and their followers in the ass, let all of us laugh.

I posted a reply on his blog saying that he might at least want to give credit where credit is due regarding where he got the system from. Says the post is being reviewed by moderators. What would be the advantage of starting a website? Unless your gonna charge for it and its already out there. You can't copyright a trading method. At least I don't think so.

I have been following your thread for some time now and have mixed success.

I would like to suggest that you start your own website / forum. Forum programs are free to use anyway.

Just need some hosting space which maybe able to get for free.

I am willing to throw in a small contribution to start. I am sure that there are many who dont mind chipping in that little bit for you to get started. Shall we call this seed capital ?

The reason for the site/forum is so that we can categorise the topics. As it is.. there is much reading and I think too much clutter here.

Many new followers asking the same questions which I dont blame them as to read through the 200 odd pages is very time consuming. I get lost sometimes when I come back and see so many new pages and dont know where was the last one I read.

Even I have problem looking for the latest indicators /EA on this thread.

Many are still trying to find the holy grail. In a dynamic market.. I always believed that there is none. I rely on statistics to make money in forex. Its a numbers game. With loads of discipline thrown in.

Looking forward to your revised version soon.

anytime anyone post; it has the potential to be stolen and likely will. There always predators and leaches. Just the way the world operates. ....
the metatrader championships and all the rest are the same.... for 20 bucks you can break down any exe file. it doesnt mean this system any less. People still have to have the kuhanas to put the money out there. Last 2 weeks of the system would haved kicked your behind. Are you out there next week? 0-3 / 0-5..hmm. guys have the nuts on 0-6... maybe hit the next 10. personally, I don't see the gain of a website unless you plan on making some cash off it. better off with multiple sites like United Ace, save the ace, dollars for poor forex trades, anything to get a rise to make a buck.

I did a search on "4H box breakout" when Pharaoh mentioned the system was showing up on other sites. Sure enough it's on a lot of sites, even babypips. There was just 1 site that gave Ace credit.

I think a website for this method would be a case of closing the barn door after the fact. The method is all over the place.

You might want to start a web site for your new method. But eventually that method will leak out. Even EAs end up circulating no matter how secure the web site or forum is. One suggestion is to attach your name to the new method from the very beginning.
