hey can someone post whats the top 4 correlating pairs?? when i look at 1 minute and then 5 15 and 30 they sometimes show the opposite so what really is the best TF to look at.. i dont care if its small pips id rather be in then out of a trade as fast as possible so i dont have much draw down.

people are throwing out all kinds of correlating pairs i just want to trade the top 4 or so. eur/usd and usd/chf being number 1 ??

Sorry, to let you know... I have dragged the Market Scope FXCM 'screen' using the bottom slide bar on the chart, so it scrolls from one side to other and the overlay changes... so what is correct, back testing is no good... as it shows incorrect data.

I am not too sure if this has been brought up before... but I thought I that highlight it as I have tested it today.

Give it ago and let me know your thoughts.

hey jt thanks for the info. my closed profit ea closed both at a profit this am. my profit target was 25 pips, and at one point i was negative -61 dollars and was panaking about it. but before i left for work it started goiing my way and i just left the trade go. was glad the ea closed it for me. i tell you man it was nerve racking to see that much drawndown on my account. but over all this is a great trading method and i will continue to use it as its the best ones out there and its for free. how can i find you guys on skype. can you plz add me im canmanone.

If getting nervous about 61 pips then I hope u r on demo because u will get worse dd than that eventually. I will guarantee that. U will get used to it. Use lower lot size so a 61 pip dd doesn't scare u because it will happen again I swear. Hope to see u on skype

I am sorry about that. You are right. Thank you very much for all your work on this. It is working great!. I'll test out the email function.

I have another request please : ) Is there any way to make the open trade function optional, maybe with a true/false, but still keeping the close function active? This way if we want to close all charts and reattach we can without opening additional pairs?

accually im not on demo real money. thats why it scared me. what was your worst dd ever. for me it was the $-61. all this time my dd was never over $-25. but i was trading negative correlation so will be sticking to positive correlation from now on as i think its a bit safe. im with fxpro and they dont have less than .1 lot size. cant trade .05 lot size. also im on ibfx but have to put some money there as i dont ahve enough to trade there. thinking about putting $100 and trading .05 to .1 lot sizes.

I've just closed this trade, after two days - +33 pips. The gap hasn't closed yet, but as usually I'm closing trade when there's a profit. I'm still a little afraid when a gap is not being closed after 1-2 days - I still don't know why my earlier long trades resulted in loss, so I prefer short term trades (few hours), but you never know how long a trade on 30m will take.

What I've discovered is that entering with 1/5 amount of money you are willing to put into a trade, and then adding when gap widens, is a very profitable strategy and makes trades much safer. Once again, thanks Dreamliner for this tip (or trick ).

That's ok,
I don't think that is necessary to add that option ,the ea wont open new trades if an trade with the same magic# already exists. So you could attach it back to an chart without opening new trades so that it could monitor the open trades. Is this what you meant?

based on mataf.net 100 points: 1H:-42.7, D:89.0

But I think that daily correlation is the most important one.

Check the gap now, pretty wide - I think now is a good time to add to this trade. If you follow Dreamliner's rule of placing just 1/5 of overall amount at the beginning, you'll see new possibilities along the trade.
I dont agree with your statement to trade pairs as close to 100% as possible. Take alook at CHF/JPY and EUR/JPY , very tight correlation but you dont have the opportunities for much variation in the price between them so its difficult to trade. IMO if you look at stuff with 70-90% shows that they are generally correlated but move away 10-30% of the time which should present some good trading opportunities....

Guys, is there anyway to Overlay 2 Charts in MT4 without indy?

Problem with that IND_CHART_TITLE is when you switch between
the screens it will draw lower or higher at times so REFRESH must
be used, but I'm not sure if REFRESH is fixing the problem?

Please!!!!!!!! Who could have created some 1 post with all the advanced rules are open today. Rules of MM, what indicators, time of trade, etc. Because that is reading 70 pages in gooogle translater and understand that something is not real!
