The psychology. It is all there.
Thing is we often talk about it, we say we should be patient, reasonable and it has been repeated so many times that we have stopped understanding what it really means (and takes)
You can be patient standing in the line in a supermarket, it is harder to be patient in a traffic jam and it is waaaaaay harder to be patient as the currency pair graphs jump right in front of you. So it takes training and even after training it is still not available for everyone.
It's like martial arts - you have to forget about the fast results and train, train, train, train every day and then in 10 years you will be a cool strong guy
