It can be traded just like the trading is being done on this thread- no difference. When they separate, trade them to close back together.

DislikedThe arrows on my chart show the trade entrances.
I don't want to get into how I trade it, because it's different than anything talked about here, and I don't want to interfere with Dreamliner's thread.
I just wanted to show that those negatively correlated pairs separate and snap back just like the pairs you are watching, except a lot cleaner and more predictable..IMOIgnored
DislikedThanks. If you could reverse USDCHF, you would be able to follow Dreamliner's rules. MT4 Overlay's indicator allows it, but it repaints. Too bad, because EURUSD/USDCHF is probably the best correlation there is to trade. I can still use a spreadsheet to figure the entry points, but it's more work.

DislikedHey Bill, you are always welcome on this or any thread I've started, you know that. So glad you are here.
I agree that the negative correlated pairs are more predictable, for sure. The problem I had when trading them was drawdown. It seemed I was only entering when the gap was about half way opened. And drawdown happens rapidly with negative correlated pairs, because you've got two positions going against you (of course the same is true with profit, when the gap starts narrowing).
So I guess it just kind of scared me because I wasn't able to "pick...Ignored
