I agree with you I think the US Dollar is about to reverse and gain strength as well as the equity market lose it momentum and head back down. On the sp500 I would guess approx 38% at 1120 or 50% at 1226.

why they call OBV "vertical"?

J., what you mean by "target them"?
(in jamming areas (narrow range) trix (SMC4) like most of other osc. shivers on zero level; short period RSI, stochastic type on chop jumping sporadically over OBOS levels - all produce ton of false signals in such zones...(pict)

This should go a long way in helping me become a full time day trader.
I just see a blank window with the ATR in Pips.mq4 indi.
Looks the same on all time frames, any ideas?
The pdf files found at link above, are very clear & makes it all much easier to understand.

PS: I attached a chart marking the red stars with horizontal lines.
The one still lowest to bottoms destiny if you will hasn't been fulfilled yet, is that correct?
I left an open demo trade (overnight) as a test to see if it will be fulfilled anytime soon.
Was getting closer when a blue star appeared and price started climbing again. Guess the blue stars are become a temporary support area, where you might can go long to grab a few pips if you see it form soon enough.

Is smC4Scalper Signals_v1, default settings okay with 5 min charts?

PSS:
Added another chart:
Target star for postion left open all night finally hit.
Besides help sharping my sclaper's edge, these PA stars may help build
the confidence to swing/positions trade too.

As of right now the bottom chart, all stars destinies have been fulfilled, correct?

If so do you have a preferred time frame chart pairs etc?

If not what other systems/methods do you like to use in conjuntion with this one, & trading live etc?

How long does it usually take for a stars destiny to be fulfilled on the 5 min charts?

'VaR' being linear and the one I use C-VaR, for non-linear.

Let's work with Cat he's got some interesting insights into Price action.

A good cycle filter would help.
I use Swingman's SM Signals which are great except they're Trix based and have limitations to them.

By cycle filter do you mean like histograms?
I've got a pretty good collection of them.
Which type do you think we should try 1st on 5 min charts?
RSI, CCI, MoM, etc...

This indicator can be handy. I believe it shows the amount of tics for each price level. A peak can act as resistance and the gaps tend to be filled. Similar to what you are trying to achieve (I think).

Think I can finally trade better now than my counter trend trading ea.
Which has been my goal for a while now.

Very glad to hear you have Swingman on board this train too.

Yellow star still mid way between two support & resistant lines.
Also red star on 1 hr chart @ 132.95
Red line should start to run again soon.

New yellow star formed on 4 hr chart at 132.79 so looks like it's going to be a battle between red star on 1 min chart @ 133.25 & yellow star chart on 4 hr.

This is just like those Energizer bunny commercials.

It just keeps, going & going, & giving & giving.

I think I'll be ready to take this live much sooner than expected.

Had to manually draw the sweetspot lines, that indi doesn't work with this one, but that's ok.
I have the other one someplace, will try it later.
