Nice trades by you two. I can see the system logic behind Indrek's trade, very clear, although the entry was well before I was at my desk, but the Glen trade seems to be a straight breakout trade in the direction of the 60 min trend, with the nearest entry signal nearly an hour before. I guess my question to Glen is - do you treat trades at the European Open differently to those taken once the session is well underway? The same entry on the EU would not have such a nice outcome for example, even though the overnight trend was quite similar.

I looked at Weekly Pivot just above 16300 @ 16311 to be broken.
The signal was in any event too close to the big number for me to consider it.
I prefer taking trades closer to EUR/LDN open because volatility picks up and a few false breakouts are eliminated. I trade EURUSD as a last choice only as part of a trading basket. It does not have the trending strength of GBP and some of the other pairs.

I use the same trading criteria for all trades, it does not really matter what time of day it is.

Sorry fellas but I'm damned if I can get this indy to work properly. Why doesnt it show any reds? Dosnt matter which pair still the same result

Reload the template or just open the settings of one of the indies and click OK. It should help.
In fact, I reload the template every time I switch on my terminal as in the beginning all squares are just empty... Probably some small bug?

Does the Xecret indicator read data from " smSuper TRIX_v1.ex4 " ? Most of the Swingman indicators do, as do the two I wrote.

I notice that file is not showing in the list of indicators in the Indicator folder. You may need to place it into the Indicator folder if it does. It can be found under the paperclip (top right of the page).

Iamfx - the indi requires smSuper TRIX_v1
You can verify that by looking at the error messages in your Experts tab in the Terminal window of MT4.

I have attached it here for your convenience.

My folder is full of Sm indicators This one is included. Still have to reload my template every time I open the terminal.

No big deal to spot the signals, you just have to trade them if they meet a few simple rules.

Two very careful ones. Used textbook entries again, SL very conservative.
I gain bigger pips only when I make some bad mistake. Otherwise, just tiny results

You will notice that after the 30 5 signal, both 60M and 240M trends rolled over.
I will not take the trades.
1) S1 is right at big number 16200 today.
2) PA stalled there already
3) Daily range is approximately 175 at present versus 140 average.
4) Reversal pattern is being formed right from 16200 ( H & S , or Crown)
5) Potential double bottom on 60M candle

Just my observations, I may be totally wrong as well

It is just forex common sense in any event, no groundbreaking new discoveries or forex secrets.
