in order for GJ to retrace up we need close above 154.06

because 1st wave low is 154.06 and we are in 4th wave now still respecting 1st wave LOW

lower levels to 152 possible. equities possible top with good retracement due.

I won't talk about sideways, I won't talk about consolidation, I won't talk about false breakouts, I won't talk about rejections, I won't talk about bounces, but I will talk about the very small range we are facing these days, now when we have a 300+ range we make parties, the daily range now became 200+ and sometimes less, this is too bad, very boring, what's the reason for this? is it the new NFA rules and regulations? on the otherside the volume increased comparing to last 3 months, so why the market is acting this way? I've started to doubt that there is big boys controlling the market, they are not big boys if this the fact, since the way the market moves these days suits the short term traders more than the long ones, so either they know nothing or they are playing under the table

the market hates the small trader is what it is. if it were meant to be easy though everyone would do it. they want you to waste your time you could be doing something else or blow your money trying to make a fast buck. that's basically how it works.

The reason is that during August Europe celebrates massively it's summer holidays. People leave office often for 3 to 4 weeks. That's why traditionally August is a very illiquid and think market. Which is logical seeing the afore written. THe last week of August is the worse. The market is currently in Asian/US hands who can manipulate around to their likings. Do not worry however as this is the last vacation week and next week most European dealers return to their desks and the action can start again.

trickling down now. dow is also below 9500 will likely look for support as there are not many buyers at these levels..

Critics of the Fed have expressed concern about the inflationary implications of the huge expansion of the Fed’s balance sheet, particularly excess reserves. The reserve bulge was created when the Fed expanded the alphabet soup programs in 2008. At the same time the Fed began paying interest on reserves, paying 1%, which was .75% above Fed Funds at the time. So the banks held the funds which they borrowed under these programs at the Fed because they got a higher rate from the Fed than what it cost them to borrow, and a better rate than they could safely get in the market. The Fed was basically providing them a risk free subsidy to borrow and NOT lend. The net inflationary effect was therefore nil.

I decided on my way to work this morning that this is the best thread on ff maybe even the whole internet

Traders are betting Asia up it seems at this point, SPI up, N225 up, I see 70% probability that N255 end day > 10497.

Doesn't mean the move is "real" just that it wants to happen
