Hi Ian,

It is far enough away to still take the trade. GBP was indecisive and a bit slow early in the session but it is not unusual. With major news events, I am reluctant to take trades 30-60M before the announcement, there are enough trading opportunities with less risk, if not today..tomorrow.

I can see this system has a lot of potential. You can take trades off of different time frames and on multiple pairs thereby accumulating lots of pips.

You are right about that,i trade both five and fifteen but love the fifteen more,if we just patient and trade with the trend,great things can happen with this system.I am gonna take a break and wait for the us session to open..i already made +90pips i should be done for the day..as this is my live account i will reduce my lot size and trade about two hours in the us session.

Apart from the " lots of pips " which is obviously why we trade, you can tailor make a trading setup to suit your account size, risk profile and trading horizon.

You can do longer term trading, short term or intraday trading or scalping if you want to.

You can set up the pairs you are comfortable with or just trade 1 pair.

Yes, that's why I really like this system. It's so versatile. And it's simple. And that's just what my brain needs. LOL

Hi Glen,
Thanks for sharing your insights. Just a quick q for you, when you say trend on 240/60/30/15 etc, are you using the Swingman Signal arrow to define trend across these tf's? So at the end of each respective tf, you would simply check to see if these were still valid.

Gleneagles, am in the process of re-reviewing all your posts so I'm sure of your method, and will print out the relevant posts. From what I have read, you trade the lower time frames of 5, 15 and 30 when the trix gives a signal that they now agree with the higher 4 hour time frame. Your exits are based on support and resistance. Do I have it right, or is there something that I am missing?

What is your own comment A bit late entry?
I think, it would be good and interesting if anybody commented also their own trades. Why did they enter at this particular moment, did they have strong proof or any doubts etc...

Hi there Indrek,

Thank you for looking at this first trade of mine using the methods in your thread.

Intention to enter at arrows and break of high of the bar. After that the delay is due to internet connection.
