It HASNT been moving as its supposed too for about a month in my view, but then most markets arent where they should be either. August is always a strange month to trade this "baby". Be careful. Confidence in this pair will decrease the size of your account in the blink of an eye, lol

Hence the " I was in AWE part". I've had the the August experience before, thinking about it still gives me the shivers. Lived and learned .

Since 1999 to 2008, the month of August was down for 8 out of 10 months - 2005 and 2006 being exceptions. Furthermore, the longest of the candles in each of the 10 months were down except for 2006. These candles were in the latter half of the month, the earliest being on 13 August and the latest being 29 August.

I would take a punt and say August 2009 will be a down month and would punt that it will happen next week and probably Tuesday 18 August as there is significant news that day.

for what its worth...

we have what appears to be a bear flag again. If it should play out, the length of the pole extended down from the current tip of the flag brings us to the major 38.2 fib support again. If that holds than we have a double bottom condition that may return us back up to the 160's perhaps. Just something worth watching. Tough to do in this sort of thinly traded market but will see. I am short from 158.24 for now....watching PA

the move from 156-160 look like correction to me base on ba system here....i am see gj crashing soon..
