i just opened a mini account a week ago and cannot ever place any stops or limits to my orders??? there customer service sucks for mini account holders so i really am not able to find out what the problem is. can anybody help me?

Hi foosless,

If your account is through FXCM US, you will need to create OCO entry orders to act as stops and limits. We have a video on our website that explains how to do this.

Also, there are different levels of service depending on the type of account you have. If you have a micro account through FXCM Micro, which is our discount brokerage, all support is online through the interactive forum and by email. If you have a standard 10k account, support is available by phone, live chat, or email.
