I don't think that the monthly is a retracement or this would be the first 7-month retracement that I've ever seen in my life. Now however I do expect a small pullback of nearly 600 pips as I mentioned yesterday I have a short order in NZD/JPY.

We should expect some sideways movement or hesitation at 159. It represents 23% fibo retracement of the move up from 146.5. And 38% retracement from the move up from 153.
You will be able to see the targets if we break 159....

i am still testing the different between the colors it give...it's been a while since i trade with fractal ..
but fractals are not really valid until 4 in same direction sl above ..
check it out, u might have fast clue how it work than i am.. i'll let u know when i find the result .

remember nfp is out an hour before it opens so depending on nfp itll probably either plummet without touching 1000 or break straight back over it and stay there.
im thinking down after nfp but hard to tell.
I'm thinking that if the smart money wanted a proper reason to dump the carries and stocks, they have had 3 or 4 good reasons this past week. Bad data yesterday from the UK followed by bad data from the US. If they both sing from the same hymnsheet, we see moves.
Unless NFP comes out staggeringly positive, I still think we'll go down. (I'm buying small on the way down too.
). I can hedge.We'll soon know...

yeah im torn between trying to get in short before but risk a spike screwing me, or trying to wait for a spike up to short from after but risk missing the down move or jumping in too late just as it goes back up.
There are bound to be whipsaws before the report which will shake out the straddle trades too.
