The front page has been revised to reflect the trading plan and indicators I feel provide a trader the best opportunity to trade either C4 or Nitro as it was designed.
Please reference the material stated on that page and apply any future trading efforts with those indicators shown. This will help to rapidly build a consensus as to the plans viability characteristics. This is especially suited at providing an easy transition into trading this methodology by new thread followers and visitors.
Naturally, any and all traders are welcome to use any indicator they deem their personal favorite. However, introduction of suck into the thread without appropriate back-testing results accompanying such will be met with a request to proof-up the indicator within 12 hours or withdraw the posting from the thread.
We have already been through three (3) weeks of such actions and need to reconsider the validity of virtually every indicator provided during this time. While we have a different variation or name of an original indicator, we still have seen nothing to either match or exceed the performance of these same base indicators. As such, valuable trading time has been needlessly lost.
This has been mentioned on several occasions and I feel it is in the best interest of the thread in general to move forward so as to complete my purpose in providing the thread in a much more expedient and concise manner.
First of all, a BIG THANKYOU to Edge and all the other traders who have made this thread so valuable. I've been playing around with FX for about 6 months without any great success or failure. But just playing around is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. So, in the coming week I'll be trading Nitro for a goal of 20 pips per day. I'll be using 10 pip renko charts on EURJPY and USDJPY. I'll be trading the PA crossing MA, confirmed by Trix, and filtered by a larger period MA. Happily, DX has already made a great indicator (DXTrade C4 v3.2.ex4) which shows all...

heres trade of today defalt settings gj only. starting from 12.05pm gmt+1 (thats when i changed a/c is mini to false and it started working.)

The problem with this is...You originally had the trix indicators on page 1.
Then Swingman redesigned all the trix indicators. But he did so for a
different platform. And everyone switched indicators.
I believe their are a "ton of us" (50%) trading on mq4 platforms that have now lost our original trix indicators and settings for C-4.
Please get back to the basic's and repost the original trix indicators
and settings for the mq4 platforms so we can kinda keep up. And
keep in mind in the future that their are different types of platforms
being used on ff.

I think you are mistaken, no idicators posted by Edge have been for anything but the MT4 platform.
EU, JU, EJ will give you about 300 pips at least..
All this trading activity is nothing but noise and make your
broker happy.. Identify Trend and stick with it, don't trade..
EU alone moved at least 200 pips through the day..
I'll try different strategy tomorrow.. Trading all day make about
100+ pips for my broker and none for me so far.. Trading Trix on
5 min/ too slow.. If trix showing BUY it's means already time to SELL and other way around.. at least on 5 min chart.. It's behind all the action...

I have had excactly one bad trade using Nitro (Renko) and C4 (candles) in the past week and a half. If you could please post some charts of your trades so some of us can help you and see where you may have taken a bad trade and why.

All those indicators are for MT4. You have the correct platform and operating system. Are you installing them correctly?

Turn on your PM's and send me one and explain to me how your trying to install them? I have used them on the MT4 platforms from IBFX, FXCM, FXDD without any problems.
When I go to the indicator list on page 1 and go to open the indicator
the file say's "not found". I'am not able to even open the file more or less
down load it. On my platform it says MQL4 community metaquotes language. If that helps you.
Quite awful results... Few losing trades destroying the profit totally...
But this is without higher TF confirmation, isn't it?

if you use higher TF conformation you will have cycles of winning streaks and lossing streak wear you will b afraid of you sh*t to load on the MM, consistancy is the key i think them result were execptional if he can keep it up i like the ring of fixed tp10sl20 anyway
If you could please post some charts of your trades so some of us can help you and see where you may have taken a bad trade and why.

Sorry, I didn't save any screenshots for today, but tomorrow is another day..
It was ok from start and then few stop loses got ran over (besides
against the trend) I'm not going to use any Stop Losses anymore,
while watching trades.. Got few stop loses triggered and then pair reverses and I was
chasing it like a cowboy.. My problems today is Stop losses, period.
Chasing trades that's when you lose..

Over the weekend I did some backtesting on these two pairs with the DX indicator. I assumed that each entry would be taken immediately when a brick with an arrow had just closed, so the trade would be taken at the close price of the bar with an arrow on it. TP 10 pips and SL 20 pips. I traded every signal within the time period given. Here are the results:
The problem with backtesting the DXTrade v3.2 with a 10 pip SL is that I dont think it was intended to be used that way IMHO.
The plan, +5 also cannot be backtest at all as once a new Renko forms you cannot see where the price actually went. Along with others I have asked if there were any indi's that kept evidence of the movement on the chart however to date no one has responded
I have been monitoring the v3.2 signals and trading when the Trade Info and/or the TGSCC shows support. I have yet to see a loosing trade at the +5 TP.
I have traded 11 on a live account and they all winners and have seen considerably more work. The majority of the time i have also seen that there is a 5-10 retrace first....i have on occasion missed the close of the renko and taken the trade at this -5/-10 point. On these occasions my TP has been the retrace plus the +5.
I know its not a hudge amout of trades but i hope to trade every signal in the next few weeks that i am able to.
