These are the conditions for placing buy order. But i cant get the crossover and the price comparison. Explain these conditions with the source code.

Conditions to BUY cross of FastMA over SlowMA as follows:

a)On the daily chart the price must be above 15EMA and also above 20SMA and aslo Above 30SMA.
b)On the daily the 10SMA must also be RISING ie pointing up.with option to select ie true/false
