I think it is only testing 155.xx area and will fall to 153.30 at least.

What do you think all ?

Anyway I already started a short position with 153.30 as a target.

im thinking down like most (which is probably why itll fly up like a rocket)

but geithner is speaking in 45mins and i doubt hes going to say anything to send things crashing as they generally say more encouraging things these days, so he might say something that sends it flying.

gj 15 min ..... bounced hard ... looks like 156.25 maybe tested before any kind of retrace.

seems that 156.25 zone is like a magnet.

on fib retraces we have 155.8 and 156,25 as possible reversal spots.

This does seem to be some form of retrace rather than a reversal .... but hey in this market anything can happen .

I feel it will fall to the 153.xx area as indicated in my last post..

Also "Treasury Sec Geithner Speaks" didn't affect the prices although it was minutes ago.. any reasons ?

Throwing my hat in the ring here...

Still thinking bearish but it'll take some momentum perhaps to get there.

Certainly testing the LTL resistance

Support

1. Weekly Pivot - 155.09 - dont think its a big deal but its right about the same as the 4hr 55 EMA which has already be broken earlier today.

2. Below that, 154.09 Green horizontal represents Daily Gann as well as Daily 55 EMA. Could be a tough nut to crack depending on strength of further drop

3. The white horizontal line, 152.39, represents the weekly Gann line right now.

Resistance

1. LTL - should hold

2. Further up is convergence with LTL and a significant Fib line - 155.88 which has proven to be strong resistance as well as support earlier.

3. Still further 155.49 = Daily Pivot.

It'll all depend on the sentiment of Asia and London later on tonight. NY analyists suggest profit taking now through the 5th to the 8th of August if you ask them, clearing out overbought levels before the next leg up. SO downward pressure for a while there.

Below 154 and we are under the Daily Gann as well as QQE crossed over at or below the 50 level at that point.

All said, and I know I may have over done it, lol, but I think we have a ways to go down, just not ready to call just how far. Minimum 154. If we have worse than expected news we could indeed see 148-149 region. Only time will tell.

Would appreciate some feedback if youre up to it.

There is a lot of sellers as well around 155.40 area with hi volume hourly, it somehow busted thru a bit but it has come down now. I think it's re-testing the low now ..

otherwise 153.80 should be a pit-stop before 151.96 area. . .
