Superscalper,

When looking for something always first check the paperclip at the top of the page. Click on it. It will bring up a window that lists all of the attachments in this thread. Look there for what you might want.

In answer to your request... there is no Renko EA available on this thread.

One thing I noticed was rescale for 5 digit broker was set to true. My broker is 4 digit. Should this be set to false

Swingman has an exceptional point that works on many pairs actually..
but you must use the 4 col trix, its not a correct setup if the down triangle appears and the 4col histrogram is light red/pinkish not the bright red
the last 2 histobars have to be the deep red for these conditions to be met.. the same for a long, it has to be the real deep green not the light green, those are not lined up signals.

Not sure there. Try it each way and see. All these MT4 toys need played with a bit it seems.

renko is not a free indicator, but rather a script that you can purchase
Google renko and MQL service and you can buy the renko script, the vendor has very detailed instructions on how to install and set up
I would suggest you follow those instructions carefully and then go back about 50 pages in this thread and you will be up to speed on renko

DET, I made that same comparison on my charts, and have switched over to the hull MA. I've been entering some trades early with the same issues some others have mentioned, where the LWA would start out blue, and then change to white or even red. I think the Hull indi will prevent some early entries.

Now I get it! Thanks for that clear explanation .. it is the bars inside the histiogram that have to be sloping upwards & dark green for a long, sloping down and dark red for a short...

Defiinitely seems to work on the EU.... now I'll be checking some other pairs.

I was obviously in error yesterday when I said it seemed the MT4 Renko was ready to go. I too am trying to get this thing on trac some today.

As for indi invy or tweaking, have a look also at that MA / Applied price set at 8,4,6 instead of 8,3,6. Yet another potential option.

After several losing trades, the last three were winners. Finally getting the hang of it. On two of the trades, was stopped to the pip even at a 25 SL, and one trade on the AUD/USD this morning, IBFX had a 13 PIP spike in bid and ask due to "news", and I was stopped out due to the spike.
Good thing I'm practicing with small money. I need to trade live, no matter how small, to get the feel of what it would be like to trade live. Even at these small amounts, I contacted IBFX and complained about the spike not seen on the chart. They contend it's beyopnd their control. Someone's making zillions from these unseen spikes.

Swingman....any possibility of an audible alert for when the smRenko signal arrow appears? I know you're relaxing somewhere in Tibet right now with not much to do.

i would stay out of trading around med-high impact news times,,,many brokers get spikes like that,,,why be in a trade when you about to experience serious spike possibility? risky to me.

That free renko does not work. We are using a commercial version which does work. Click the paperclip above right to see 2 pdf files about renko and where to find it. Also read through the last 80 pages or so where we start talking about renko. All the information is in there.
