What happens when EA is running, a position had been open and my laptop goes standby?

I kept my Ea running and then after 20 minutes it went standby. My laptop disconnected from the internet.

Then I woke it up and the MT4 and EA continued to run.

My question is the EA had already opened a position, will it automatically close the position when the quote meets its target or I have to close the position by myself? Or, it depends on each EA scripts?

I don't know whether the quote reached the target while my laptop was in standby mode.

I think that it would probably depend if your SL and TP are set from your EA before the PC goes off. If you have a trade running without SL and TP, The EA will not be able to close the trade if your PC is in standby.
