I trying to pick on you, but I suggest reading up on the EW guidelines. Your count does not break any rules but the primary count should be the one that follows the guidelines the best until proven wrong. Your first wave two is a lower degree than your wave 4. I would consider waves 1 through 3 (first wave 1 thru 3) on your chart to be a single wave. Also, take a look at the charts posted by Sarasxxx and myself as our counts were almost identical. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the comments, Scott. I also suspected my wave-1 count was not of the same degree of wave-4 on this chart. That's why I mentioned my wave-1 might not be correct. I welcome all reasonable counts and comments.

Personally, I do not like these sw based counts. A few samples is ok, but not more than that. RAther, why don't you try to develop your own ew skills by presenting your counts here.

Besides, sw based counts often contain irrationalities. What kind of flaws can you find on this chart?

tazzam is very proud of his software. I'm sure he will be even prouder of his own counting skills in the future

As expected, USDCAD continue to fall on daily chart wave-5 (could it also be weekly chart wave-C?). Will it get some support at around 1.080? Let's wait and see

My count sides with Phi's count....(I was watching over his shoulder...or perhaps he was watching over mine?)

By way of cross market analysis to back it up, take a good look at the USD Index. We're in the process of putting in 5 waves down and are on the 5th wave now, but haven't made a new low...yet....So, what does that tell you?

Does anyone have a good USD Index chart they can post?
(Unfortunately, I don't have a USD Index chart I can post, or I would)
