Thanks I noticed that's a very good indicator too, actual posted a screen shot or two of test trades in this thread with it next to iZeroAlpha, haven't used either one that much since been trying to focus more on C4 indi stuff, but I didn't know SM based it on vorticity? That would give me much more confidence in it, think I've been using TG's version of vorticity since it seems to repaint a lot less at least for me, sorry SM.

Hey Anne!

The Tudorgirl C4 indicator that you posted one day ago with the renko charts, could you maybe post that indicator?

Or is it only for your own use? Just asking cause I couldnt find any info on it

I won't get excited yet...not until I see some consistancy. But here are some trades from this morning. Went back to basics and Kept It Simple! Hope everyone else did just as well or better!!!

kimchik, the renko bars are something you have to purchase at a cost of around $30.00 to $40.00, and you can find them through a google search, as FF doesn't allow any promotions on their boards.

I just witness that it's not only repaint current candle but also
repaint previous one as well.

Edge, would you recommend that, after a pullback in an up or downtrend of a number of bars, just setting a buy/sell stop a few pips above/below the "Trix Signal Price Live" price?
Worked like a charm (for pennies) on the EU and EJ just a few minutes ago & made 10 easy pips on both. Still going up, but I don't think a person can shoot for mega pips on the 5 minute charts, even though it works occasionally.

Nice charts, good settups.

Trading C4 with a normal account, you would have been done for the day after 1 trade. Also, look at the FOUR pairs we usually trade. ALL were in sync at the time you made your trades.

Lot of bang for the buck there. You could have had at least 15-20 more pips while doing the same work.

Nice trades though.

All versions of the Fisher Transform I have tested appear to repaint . Both TG Vorticity , and the SM Transform ones.

I like to backtest - so I prefer not to use them.
The LWMA Weighted as recommended by Edge is good enough for me.

First set of +5's complete.

Those trading at +10 had a pretty good opportunity there also.

All 5m longs with 15m confirmation.

I had a pretty good morning. Today, I found that as it got closer for me to leave for work, I was hoping that I wouldn’t get another signal to trade. Even though I am on demo, I didn’t want my streak to end or my wins to be wiped out, which I just thought it was kinda funny/counterproductive. If I did get a signal to trade again, I am sure that I would have hesitated, but would eventually take it.

Should I go back to 10 pips or is it fine to keep using 5 Target/20 Stop?

That is fine for those like you who can manage 2 or more open trades at the same time. But I think most of us are not at that stage yet. Certainly it is one at a time for me, otherwise I tend to make mistakes.

Can you just say what search phrase to use in google

Cause I try "renko charts" and find none of the sellers

And I'd like to have this tool also

Pullbacks are a little tricky at times. The trades I just posted are basically pullbacks, however, I MUST see PA cross MA and then head back the other way to enter.

Even more, I would prefer the small trix to change color and then go back in the trend direction. Gives me alot more confidence in the trade as to have this happen requires deeper oscillation which is great. Not so choppy.

Same here Ian, 2 pair max for me or it gets messy when things go wrong. Always put a stop in place even if its 30/40 pips away just in case and all takes a bit of time.
