Bloomies did a small feature on the VIX yesterday and noted that whilst the VIX had been steadily falling these past few months, the VIX futures for the Autumn was way higher.

Market knows something....

As for Trading.. Looks like it wants to go to 23%Fib.. from 147xx - 155xx,

at 153.35 - 32.. and a little below.. I will buy at touch of a Gann 4hr..

Also at 1 hr 50ema. .

If it goes below than I will Buy again at 4 hr 50 ema.

Divergence is becoming Bullish Again,, 152.93- 83 price to BUY.. if ever there..

note 4HR QQE is cossed Down. though! But that can change.

4hr is making a Three Bearish crow pattern.. Dont think it will.. it is too soon for it ...1 hr out of 4 hr hours have gone by.. too soon.

Market should retrace,, or make a Higher High.. IMO.

152.40 Strong resistence.

Range 155.20- 152.50.. (Bull Flag)

i am really not an experienced trader but when it acts simple like this its just not hard to make a handful pips (10,20,30). gu, ej acts similiar...

Gann has touched price and FiB 23.6 also.

i have 2 shorts as u can c in charts.

50ema and 23.6 seems a resistence here. on 1 and 4hr

QQE has crossed 50 level on 1 hr

and Going down on 4hr but not yet crossed 50 level.

based PURELY on average daily range GJ is currently at 202 pips. average is 265. it stands currently say 50 pips from its low. So.....


So the possibilities are

  1. Rally 360 pips from where it is now to meet its daily range
  2. drop 110 pips more from where it is now to meet its daily range
  3. Range from here without making a new low or high, leading to a relatively quiet day

Of these, which do you think is the most likely?

Personally I think a 360 pip rally from here over the rest of the day is very unlikely. I think it might range from here and not make a new high or low, but I think its more likely that it will make that new low, therefore more likely that it drops more than 50 pips from its current position somewhere between 152 and 152.50.

That range is based on the last 96 days and includes sundays, taking out sundays adds another 40 pips to the range.

I also heard it mentioned that the 3% stock rally yesterday was on low volume, which I guess smells of markup ready to tank it down.

For reference, yesterdays range on GJ was 273 so more often than not, it is fairly accurate.

I have just shorted it at 153.45, target 152. at the very least, takin it short from here I can hope for a double bottom so still get 40 pips from it. I may still fail, but I have stats on my side.

If I see a close below 153.26 then I think it will go down to at least 152.70. Breaks that and we could see 152.20 area. Just what I see based on fibs and pivots.

4hr chart,

Major BEARISH divergence on 4hr

Max I see can GO IS 155.65- 156.50

You can see a Symmetrical Triangle as well.

Chart Slykyn Posted .. believe 6 hr. Can see a Falling Wedge,, meaning break to the upside..BUT down FIRST..

note if this 4 hr Candle is going to be a THREE BEARISH CROWS... Then for the last hour of this 4 hr expect it to make a lower low.. 152.40.(imo).. Till then Buy is Good.. I bought at the touch of Gann.4 HR

The Higher it goes.. would be better to Short from.. lol. for now.

ahh but the point is, going up on decreasing volume may indicate its going to go down. which it just has was getting worried my short from .45 was going bad but hopefully it comes to at least double bottom now.

the swing high and swing low of today is forming ABC fibonacci parttern for more down side..i think we still go down...i am still studying this parttern and using fibonacci method i find is amazing with calculation than some fancy indicator just get be confuse sometime..
i still on short as long as the parttern still valid...

i called bull when Gj was at 151 ...there was a confluence at 155 so we could not rise much look at my yesterday last post to malcolmb of 1hr chart...
stop buying top if not breakout dont sell bottom if not breakout and u can try to learn more about fibonacci retracement this will give u clue about where to pick position...price may go above or below them but those levels can give u better decision..
155 was a good tp level and 1hr chart i posted was not safe for long so i even closed my long over night...follow the trend not what they say...
