I have been asked about the symbolics for some divergence indicators.
I like to know what an indicator does - so I always like to have the symbolic.
It is amazing how some (unscupulous) people will take a little known indicator do a cosmetic change and post it as a .exe with a new name just like they invented it e.g. in Paulus Trend Magic thread.
In fact that thread also specifies to use just the ordinary part of a fancy indicator - i.e. you could just use the bog standard indicator in the first place (if you could see the code in the fancy one). Not to mention the fact that some supposed experts in that thread did not realise that their own indicators (based on the Fisher Transform) actually repainted several bars back.
Anyhow here are the divergence indicators based on original(?) work by FX5 and then by smjones.
