Dear All,
This is a question set that I want the right person with perfect knowledge of bid/ask, stop loss/take profit to answer. If you have enough confidence to answer the True/False statements below, please reply here.
1. For a typical broker, the price shown on the MetaTrader chart is bid price, rather than ask price.
2. When a short trade pending order is made, the price is in bid price.
3. When a long trade pending order is made, the price is in ask price.
4. When a short trade is entered with stop loss and take profit, the stop loss and take profit are in ask prices.
5. When a long trade is entered with stop loss and take profit, the stop loss and take profit are in bid prices.
6. Finally, the chart here shows correctly the relationships between risk capital/profit target against the chart price travel ranges during a short trade.
Cheers!
