Hello

I have attached my EA that could do with a bit of work doing to it.

It keeps on generating a Trade Context Busy error I have tried several methods to fix the problem but no luck.

Entry is based on the open of the new bar below the Monthly pivot.

The SL and TP are based on the range of the work period.

Exits are trailing stop and percentage exit.
trailingstop = MarketInfo(Symbol(),MODE_STOPLEVEL);{

It has equity protection.

If you or anyone else would like to have a crack at fixing the trade context busy error please feel free.

I use this on the 1hr or greater.

All pairs as there is no indicators.

It doesn't have a "digit" parameter, it may need to be coded in.

I think that findmanu wanted to say that for example in your EA setting, instead of writing 100 pips for SL you should write 1000

Hello. You are a brave individual.

Ok, here it goes. I'm actually looking for an EA that would automate this system: http://www.forex4noobs.com/forex-tools/dbo-basic.php. I've done some backtesting and it really profits about 80% of the time.

I'd be using a 20 pip tp/sl and would love to have a trailing stop.

I have no idea what it takes to do something like this, but I thought I'd ask you to give it a look.

Here is a common indicator, HA Smoothed, that I (and others) wish had an email alert when the color changes ( full color change, upper and lower, when it changes from blue to red or red to blue). I hope you are continuing with your generous offer to write it for free.

Hi..
Need help can you code indi for bar range( Hi-Low) in HISTOGRAM ( just like normal volumes standard indicator). Time frame should be default TF.

If the current bar is lower to previous bar range - Red colour
If the current bar range is higher to previous bar range - Green colour
If same - Blue colour

@findmanu, or anyone who can make this EA

Set up:
1. 20 SMA
2. ATR 14, level: 0.0025
3. Williams%R levels: -20,-80
4. BB (10,2)
5. TimeFrame: 1H

Rules:
1. If candlestick is above 20sma, BUY, if below SELL
2. Trade only if ATR is above 0.0025 level
3. %R must NOT be between the range of -20 to -80. Open trade ONLY when it just touched the -20 level, or the -80. When it is on those levels for more than 3 hours, let it get out from that range, and wait for the next chance for it to enter those levels.
4. The last trigger, the candlestick must cross the BB (not necessarily close over it), then on the next candle, open the trade!

If all these conditions are met, then you can open a trade for BUY or SELL

Can you please make an EA for this? So far, for the month of July 2009, manual testing yield 20 wins and 3 losses only. 200pips - 45pips = net of +155 pips!

Once we have that Expert we can check the maximum DD, the right point to close the $ each round, the amount of money we need and most important is this a profitable system? (I do it manual and its works )


Maybe we will call it a $ 100 machine!

That isnt an expert, that is called opening a trade with a $100 TP and no SL, good luck losing money.

Thanks for your hard work. Here are an EA that I am looking for.


Buy/Sell multiples lots from MA line and close all trades with specific TP (pips) multiplied by # of trades.

IMPUTS

MA = 80 *Linear Weighted
Lots = 0.10
Pips = 30 *Distance in Pips from one order to another
TP = 30
Max Trades = 5
SL = 500

EXE.

Trade #1 = Buy 0.10 pips at 1.200
Sell 0.10 at 1.230
Profit $ = 30

Trade #2 = Buy 0.10 pips at 1.170
Sell 0.20 at 1.215
Profit $ = 60

Trade #3 = Buy 0.10 pips at 1.140
Sell 0.30 at 1.200
Profit $ = 90

Trade #4 = Buy 0.10 pips at 1.110
Sell 0.40 at 1.185
Profit $ = 120

Trade #5 = Buy 0.10 pips at 1.080
Sell 0.50 at 1.170
Profit $ = 150

can you do me a favor ?

i want an indicator that alerts me whenever a horizontal line ( which i draw ) is broken upward or download and the price CLOSES above or below it.

for example, I draw the horizontal line on the resistance. I want the indicator to alert me if the prices CLOSES above it.

the same for resistance, alert if the price CLOSES below it.

I have been looking for such an indicator for a while and opened two threads in FF already.

Can you make it some more clear. Looks like a simple one. Do you want the indicator to alert you all the time when the bar closes below or above the line? Or just the first time when it crosses?
