Rather than posting charts which are on your screens anyways, I thought this week I would post the charts with what I am seeing.

Maybe you are seeing something else and would like to share it.

Looks like some beautiful ABCDs might set up this week. Stick to the rules -

1. Trade at the trendline - only.
2. Get into the ABCD on the 4HR or the lower time frame (my rule - may not be yours)
3. Look for the cheapest trades (the stops are the smallest) - in this way you would use limit orders and not have to wait for confirmation or have to worry about getting out of a trade. If you are wrong you are out.

Mike this is beautiful.

A classic example of the JPY counter trade above. Profiting till it bounces of the trendline and then profiting after it bounces.

Guys somewhere Mike mentioned on the original thread about how this method helps us trap price. Read that post. This posts shows it.

I have ausd and eurusd plotted just exactly as u have indicated on your chart. for more aggressive trader, trading bullish abcd on 15m till 4hr bearish entry would be nice but requires experience.

Hi Guys,
Just want to up date regarding today's trade.This morning (9:00am +8GMT), I short the AusUsd and just closed the trade at 1pm.
The pattern is the one which Aftab mentioned earlier, where the A is almost at equal level as the C.It was indeed a leading indicator.

Here is the actual trade that I took this morning.The entry was in the 15min TF.There was an initial rally followed by a bearish engulf.Once the confirming candle formation took place, I entered.If you look in the higher TF such as 30 min and 1 hr, you can actually see the Berish engulf pattern.

Aftab sir,I stopped at 0.7750 partially and let the other ride and move sL to BE.

Aftab, sometimes this FF does not update itself too often.Ok , I posted the entry and exit chart in post 147.I m still working on my exit but here I used the fib extension on the downward impulse in the 15min TF.

I want to start my own little contribution to this thread with this little write up i made on How to draw Trend Lines.

I consider this a vital knowledge for a proper grasp of the technique used here.

This is also subject to corrections/ additions from the veterans here.

Hope this helps someone.

Haven't got much time to post here but im glad everyone is doing fine.

I'm still running over 300 pips positive in total from my 2 yen pair trades, and another 140 pips positive from my long term nzdusd trade... been a good start for this month. I could almost close all my positions and end it for this week. =) My charts with entries and stop levels were all posted here a few pages back.

This is all it takes to be profitable. WAIT for the right market conditions, be selective, ultra selective. The past week was an excellent example. Price breaking a major down trendline, and we look for shorts in all the yen pairs at significant resistance levels, bouncing off the broken trendline. Manage your trade with protected stops and take profits at reasonable support levels or fib projections, let a couple of trades run all the way. I will be closing my yen trades soon and let my NU run all the way at b/e.

If you have been practising the patience and due diligence, you will be rewarded duly. Just with this simple method of ABCD1234.

For aggressive traders, aftab is demonstrating his expertise well. But for the new traders, my advice is to begin with understanding the ABCD concept, drawing valid trendlines and trading higher timeframes.

That is really all you need to be profitable.

This is ABCD at its best.

Again we trade only at the trendline.

So might be asking - "why are you posting these charts?"

Just to hep you train your eyes. By looking at the rhythm of the ABCD you will be able to spot/adapt and trade them without hesitation at the trendlines.

This is also the run up to the Gartley and the Butterfly. Yes, I would like to share the Butterfly as well. It's not difficult. Besides, ABCD is part of both these patterns.

And yes, the BOSS has called me AGGRESSIVE - I hid under my table for 5 hrs when I read what he had written about me. I will prove to you, I am a PAPER TIGER.

Summary of the charts.

1. Posted first.
2. ABCD changed - posted the second one.
3. Price stopped at ABCD (changed again) spotted it, adapt your thinking, be patient.

Thank you everyone for your contributions. There is gold in this thread. Somethings I feel pretty solid on from previous learning, and some of them are helping to solidify what I felt I knew, but wasn't 100% on.
This is really a treat.

BTW, soya, I'm glad to see you're tracking that AUD/CAD potential set up as well. Since most of my focus in on the daily charts, that one is really sticking out to me.

I'm a little late tonight, but here is a trade that sticks out to me. It happens right at a 50% ret, strong former R now hopefully S, and a confirmed TL. Pretty large SL need in terms of pips, but plenty of room to run. Just need to scale down in position size.

What do you folks think about the price action in many of the JPY crosses, and the NZD/USD (AUD/USD kind of too). That looks like some pretty strong signs of a bottom to me. At the same time, maybe we'll see some PA as the pair is right at a TL. I don't have the Fib on there, but it is also right at the 38.2% ret.
