Price seem to have close back in my month old channel on the h4 & stop smack at the channel ltl. Perfect. Who needs indicators lol.
Let's see if dragon obeys the channel this time.

I'm still bearish.
But I choose to stay flat with this pair right now, for a good reason too! lol.
I'll wait to see how price reacts at this level ie a reversal or a continuation.
Chasing trades around these levels can be suicidal.

I just read this on fx360

Risk appetite improved somewhat in overnight currency trade with EUR/USD bouncing above 1.3950 while cable ran all the way to 1.6160 diven by some demand from the Middle East, a rebound in equity markets and stabilization in the commodity markets. Alcoa’s better than expected results which kicked off the earnings season in US helped to reverse the downward trend in European equities with major bourses recording a rally for the first time in five days.
