the thing i am seeing however is if we do get down that far from here on in, there will be a very strong psychological barrier at the 100 mark. This will co-incide within a few hundred pips of this last wave being of the same length as the first one when we had the initial drop from 245 to 192.
Notice too that the drop from 215.8-118.9 is virtually 1.618x the drop from 245-192
BTW is that a Heiken Aishi chart with MMA?

As the US economy slips into deflation there are 2 factors the government is aggressively seeking to address. well i was quite confident of a massive multi-K pip fall ever since we approached 156 (38.2% fibo) however ever since hitting to the 161.xx i've become less confident especially with the manipulation going on lately. As Malcolmb has noticed, during this correction uptrend, typical down moves were around 1K pips. There is a need for this to break before something spectacular can happen.
Either that or California enters administration.

We may see 153.72 ( daily pivot) before dowm move.. even as much as 155.30..imo.
