Forex trends. You are trading the uptrend in eurusd and having great success which I don't begrudge you, I didn't make $200 today, but what happens when the trend reverses and eurusd just keeps going against your position? You can't keep opening trades forever.

Trust me, if you carry on using that system you will go broke. Maybe not today, maybe not tommorrow but soon.

IMHO-
You are right hel13rock. It s just a martingale system and will make (if you have an unlimited supply of cash) or break you (if you get on the wrong side of a long trend) as you already stated.
He definitely is in the wrong thread as there are martingale threads out there somewhere.

Hey CW-
What's the possibility of posting your trek (briefly of course) from starting to get involved in forex to where you are at now with stocks and other commodities on your blog sometime? You seem to be much broader than first appearances. I have found that those who have to brag about what they do aren't doing it. You are definitely not bragging but doing what we would all like to achieve.
It would be enlightening for me (as maybe others) to see how you travelled and the time it took for the "aha" moments.

Just wanted to share this beautifull chart I got playing around with some stocks.
Definitively, there are good opportunities everywhere!
A pitty it was some months ago...

Let me think about it, but I will do an audio clip of it soon. Maybe even tonight.....depends on what time the wife gets home, as I am stuck with these two little demons. (I think the little one is trying to kill me.)

You keep mentioning the concept of "traffic" and I'm not sure exactly what it means, though I think it may apply here.

Hell yeah my day at work just got better

btw any of those that are using Interactive Brokers, I have a question...

considering im using pro-realtime for charts and im only trading of EOD charts, am I able to open an account and forego all exchange and software fees? that way my only costs are really commission and interest on borrowed margin? (or does this mean all trades have to be over the phone and not online?)

That's a good question. I believe you can skip the market data. I could be wrong though, I would call them. Plus, you will be using IB Oz, which in theory could be different.
