Looks like bullish continuation candle to me with just a hint of a star. Might be a sign of a reversal, but too early to tell yet.

i dont see any pattern as of now. monthly closed as a bull candle which suggests further upside. nothing special....

Monthly is not a STAR or Doji..

Its a hammer... or some sort of spinning top..

Second candle could go up and Down..August candle will tell the true Direction..

GBP should be Bullish overall..based on 30 year . Quarterly chart I posted few weeks ago.. which had a Hammer( quarterly candle) second one is also a Green candle. I think we should see Three white soldiers on Quarterly... meaning 2 more Green candles.. Before any sort of reversal( short term). so another 6 months of Bull. (Buying dips on weekly and monthly)

IF monthly candle goes Down .first Stop should be 150xx area.. further 141xx and finally 137xx- 135xx the MOST.. Imo

For up side there is no limit......167XX looks very intersting.

Bias is Up before any Major Move Down..

Swing trading.. and for scalping there are always 30 pips around the corner!!

I saw that GBP itself is weak now and JPY too. Then the trend of GJ is not clear at this time.

just watch your back mix set up from last week consolidation while the pro hold there cash for NFP release....if we go higher that 159.45 we should test 160 or double top to me yesterday daily candle look like pin bar.....i dont use candles much but you really have to becareful if u want to profit in GJ those who know the principles and have much patience archieve there goals...

did you see up move in asia ? think that was by chance ? NO they got it there under low volume to sell at discount

i agrree that 158.35 will take us to 157...
but if this hourly candle closes above 158.60 i will hold on to my shorts. otherwise close it.

one thing that is still of a concern is that UJ was the main culprit in the beast's Asian move. UJ is still at the moment, near its height.
