DislikedGreat stuff Yuppie!
Do you find that trading the futures gives cleaner signals and more often? Those are real volumes I heard. Well, thick volume should be fine on the spot, it shows the activity I know, I am just curious.Ignored
Dislikedhi to all.
i am now using odl Demo MT4 for charting.
will any one tell me especially

any other demo provider which gives reliable or best volumes.

DislikedI've been using my broker's charting lately (MBtrading) because it's an ECN and the volumes seem pretty close to eSignal, but I also use FXPRO (which I know some people here have said not to use) and the volume is comparable.Ignored

DislikedIam not malcomb or shamoose but if you read prev posts you know that IBFX is good choiceIgnored
DislikedComing from the two who have contributed so much, thank you. Shamus, I would suggest we wait for a few days until anymore "bug" reports come in and are resolved before linkning it. Thank you again.
Lumesh.. Very well said. Excellent information for people to keep in mind. Volume is there for a reason. In order to make good trading decisions it's crucially important to know what that reason is. One of those "personal discretion" items. Thank You.

DislikedYou would know that IBFX has been having wacky volumes as of late.DislikedIam not malcomb or shamoose but if you read prev posts you know that IBFX is good choiceIgnored
It has been recommended to use FXCM.
And yes there is a difference.
I’m live IBFX & demo FXCM.
Hope it helps all.Ignored
DislikedI've heard lately people like Malcolmb and others saying good things about ibfx's demo, while Shamus and others say the opposite...
I've said it before, let's get something straight:
From what I've seen and tested, ibfx 4 digit demo is perfectly ok; ibfx 5 digit demo has wacky volumes.
I repeat, that's what I've seen and tested... feel free to judge and test yourselves.
(Just to make it clear, as these opposite statements from two of the most important participants of this thread may get people confused).Ignored

DislikedYes the 5 digit switchover caused the problem (not sure why but it happened at roughly the same time) so the 4 digit should be fine. To avoid the confusion of which to choose (ibfx 4 or 5 digiti) with newer people I just say use fxcm.
Sorry for the confusion.Ignored
DislikedAND I JUST SAY PAY FOR ESIGNAL YOU CHEAP SKATES ...lol
