There is a very good reason why many seasoned traders have left this thread.

There was times when at least 100 active traders were on this thread discussing concrete TA/PA at a given time and 50-75 in the wings just lurking. . .

Now, only a hand full of traders here to say the least. . .

One should never bite the hand that feeds them - and to talk crap about a person that has given many successful systems to us and was willing to think out the box and explore new systems (albeit not perfect) at no charge is utter arrogance to say the least. . .

With attitudes like this I anticipate this thread coming to an end sooner rather than later. . .

Humbleness with Dignity and Humility with Pride - THAT WAS AUS!

One should take note of that which was AUS greatest attribute to this thread!

nice post .. thanks.

clarifications

I like posting if i have something of use to say that i feel may benefit others, like I did earlier. Wait for pull back to 156.5 ,(okay so I missed by 10 pip) , then it will test 157.16 and higher in Asia , which it likely is. I explained set up so that if others use it , they can see anothers trading style and maybe incorporate that into their own style.

I try to trade 2-3 hours in morning. Sometimes market draws me in as this game is so addictive.

Check out rsx that alot use .... where did that come from ??? that was me. So I may have helped some others along the way.

also posts maybe lunch time or evening from me . Not 24,5 hours a day. I like reading others idea and giving mine.

I do not have a signal service. I do however go on to a FREE irc chat room and throw out some trade ideas from time to time.

show me one post where I gave buy and sell set ups on one post.

Anyway good luck in your exams.

Hi Q, I couldn't agree with you more. It is very sad indeed. Some traders, when they become profitable one way seem to become unable to accept that others may be profitable with different methods...

Very true.. Back then I have seen over 200 people at once, viewing this thread. Over 100K views per day. This thread use to be fun exiting and at the same time we all made money. There were many captains Auslanco,Karmo,Markam,M2B, Zoran, Hakuna etc etc. Most times Auslanco and Karmo gave conflicting trades and it was fun to watch them going against at each other. But there was never cut throat. Auslanco used to call Karmo "the prince of pips" and and Karmo used to call Aus " The Magician". Everyone got their own trading style. I cant stand the assumption that "my car is better than your's". Hope others will learn to respect each other. Otherwise this forex factory(if not already) will soon become an Ego Factory.

Good luck and Happy traading to all.

here is updated 5 min . We are now above the lower value area of yesterday. 157.16.

The 80 % rule for value area trading says that if price remains above this level , once broken above it and there is an 80% chance we move to the upper value area = 158.05

I have been using value area alot recently and have found more often than not the 80% rule does play out

i don't recall aus using 1800 pips sl, if my memory serves me correct.
the largest sl i've seen was ar'd 250 pips when i was there last year.

even if he did, shouldn't that be discussed in private manner? it's just disturbing to hear it out in the public. IMHO.

I don't know if anyone else mentioned this ..but momentum and RSI are neg. divergent on the GBP/USD Daily?? NAMASTE

I have noticed and mentioned that about rsx earlier .. yet the pair is not dropping .

diveregences on higer time frames like daily and weekly can be there and still the price could go up by 1000 pips.

I reackon gu is being falsely held up , as is the US stock market. I would not be surprised for us to see one week where we move to 1.7000 zone. There are so many games being played right now in the markets. I mean look at today ... unemployment claims more than expected .. es moves up 25 points !!! i guess unemployment is good for the economy....

Hi Mal,

My analysis is screaming at me to go long GU and to hold it until it says something else so I entered long at 1.6400/10. It is a trade vsa-wise based on the daily timeframe that i explained on the chart posted here.

(I use MB Trading MT4 to spot tick volumes)

Happy Trading all !

I have been seeing the same thing on 4 hour ... but also saw a buying climax yesterday , lets see what test of 1.6600 brings us. I am thinking though that gu is being accumulated right now of 6250. That only means one thing if it is. ..... a break out of 1.6600

Well I have learned the most on this thread from Malcomb.I can not afford to swing trade, I am fascinated by the great swing traders, I have no idea how they do it, but I need to learn to day trade well. He also shows up the most and tries to help people like me and I appreciate him for it. Its hard for me to see several people saying disrespectful things to him.

thanks , but I did start it . That fellow came in saying how great auslanos paid forum is. But fact is I do know someone who was taking one hell of a drawdown and was being advised to stay in it , when gu looks all set to bust 500 pip higher.

If this channel holds and 158.5 gives we may well see test 160.5 ( top of channel ) next week .. sound insane ... but seems all dips being bought on gj at 155 zone right now

Anyway lets move on

looks like the 15 min is destined for 158.5 . I did mention it would move higher in Asia , due to the buying we have seen all day and as long as we stayed above the value range low of 157.16. i have been holding htis since test of 156.6 earlier

red line on charts is 14 wma..... one of the best moving averages out there for higher time frame trends
